Refund and Cancellation Policy

Crosslinks Production House ("we," "us," or "our") strives to provide high-quality video production services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances

  • ​If the client cancels the project before any work has commenced, a partial refund will be provided.

  • If the client is dissatisfied with the initial draft or storyboard and requests a refund within 24 hours of receiving the draft, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion.

  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon video production services due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, a partial refund will be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit may be collected from the client to secure the project and ensure commitment. This deposit will be specified in the client agreement and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation by the client.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us at hello@chpfilms.com with your refund request and the reason for your dissatisfaction.

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

 

  • Cancellation Policy

1. Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel their projects at any time by providing written notice to us.

  • If the client cancels the project after work has commenced but before the final deliverables have been provided, the refund will not be provided at our discretion.

  • If the client cancels the project after the final deliverables have been provided, the client remains obligated to pay the full amount of the project.

2. Crosslinks Production House Initiated Cancellations

  • In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, we reserve the right to cancel the project.

  • In such cases, a partial refund will be provided to the client.
